And I've had a hell of a good time. I tell you, we are here on Earth to fart around, and don't let anybody tell you any different.

Clamshell Nebula
Another from my balcony. Last one before the boundary waters wild fire smoke rolled in. Probably going to be a few days before I can get much more.
Veil - Now with 60 x 180 second exposures
Veil is in that perfect location from my balcony at this time.
Sadr with dithering
Did some dithering which allowed for drizzle. Not entirely sure what that means yet but I hear it helps. Still need to learn more about darks and flats too. More on that later.

Reading The Edge of Space-Time: Particles, Poetry, and the Cosmic Dream Boogie and waking from a dream of Eddie Vedder as a Grizzly Adams character who roamed the land buying guns from people got me reflecting on abiding metaphors, the stories we navigate the world by.
